At Clare Mills Designs, I strive to ensure that every customer is delighted with their purchase. Because each piece is handmade, many are custom, and therefore, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please review our return policy below:

Returns & Exchanges

  • Ready-Made Jewelry: If for any reason you’re not satisfied with a ready-made item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Returns or exchanges will be considered as long as the item is unworn and in its original condition.

  • Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom-made jewelry, custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if there’s an issue with the craftsmanship or an error in your order, please contact me immediately so I can resolve it for you.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. Contact me at cl***@********ls.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

  2. Once your return or exchange request is approved, I will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. I recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to me immediately, and I will make it right. Please provide clear photos of the damage or defect to assist with the claims process.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I’ll be happy to help you find the perfect fit or piece!
