Sapphire is a stone of intuition and meditation. Using a sapphire during meditation can enhance ones innate intuition and bring to light all manner of creative expression that can be locked within the self.
Blue Topaz is an excellent stone for meditation and attuning to the higher self, it assists in living according to your own aspirations, identifying the scripts you have been living by, and helps you recognize where you have strayed from your own truth.
Moonstone is a “stone of new beginnings.” As its name suggests, it is strongly connected to the moon and to the intuition. Like the moon, the stone is reflective and reminds us that, as the moon waxes and wanes, so everything is part of a cycle of change. Its most powerful effect is that of calming emotions.
